GOBI MASALA DOSA

Ingredients:
600  gm  cauliflower, cleaned, chopped and boiled
200  gms finely chopped onion
1  tbsp  coriander leaves, finely chopped
10  green chillies, finely chopped
1/2  tsp  cumin seeds
1  tsp  mustard seeds
1/2  tsp turmeric powder
1  tbsp  oil
Salt, to taste

Method:
  • Heat oil in a wok and splutter mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds. Add onion and chillies.
  • Saute till onion turns pink. Mix in turmeric, cauliflower and salt. Cook for five minutes, ensuring that the mixture is dry.
  • Prepare dosa and spread a tablespoon of the stuffing on it. Let it cook for a minute and fold over. serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
