Dosa With Cheese And Spring Onion Stuffing

Makes stuffing for 4 dosas

Ingredients:
500  gms  Mozzarella cheese, grated
1  bunch spring onions, chopped
1  tbsp  oil

Method:
  • Prepare dosa and sprinkle cheese just a minute after you spread the batter on the tava.
  • As the cheese begins to melt, sprinkle spring onion.
  • Fold the dosa and let cook for a minute. Serve hot.
Note: 
  •  To get a nice brown colour, a little sugar can be added to the batter.
  • If the batter turns runny, plain flour can be added to thicken it.
