Prawn Dosa

Ingredients:
200  gms prawns, deveined
100  gms  onions, chopped
1"  ginger, peeled and minced
5  cloves garlic, minced
2  sprigs curry leaves
6-7  green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1  tbsp oil
Salt, to taste

Method:
  • Heat oil in a wok and saute onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and curry leaves till onion turns golden brown.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt. Add prawns and cook till done.
  • Prepare dosa and spread a tablespoon of the prawn mixture. Cook for a minute.
  • Fold the dosa over and serve with tomato chutney and sambhar.
