Masala Dosa

Ingredients:
400  gms  potato boil and mash
100  gms onions, chopped
30  gms  peas
6  green chillies, chopped
1/2"  ginger, peeled and finely chopped
4  cloves  garlic, finely chopped
2  sprigs curry leaves
10  gms  coriander leaves
1/2  tsp turmeric powder
20  gms cashew nuts(break into small pieces )
30  ml oil
Salt, to taste

Method:
  • In a heavy-bottomed pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves, green chillies,onion, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, peas and turmeric powder.
  • Saute till onion turns pink. Add boiled potato, season with salt and stir well. Add coriander leaves and stir.
  • Remove from the fire and keep aside.
  • Prepare dosa and spoon a tablespoon of the filling in the centre.
  • Fold as for panroll and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
